METHOD PSI-BLAST was used to identify homologous proteins in the PDB.
METHOD With the target sequence (105 aa) no significant hit was found.

METHOD isomerase were found for both the N and C-terminal domains

METHOD in the PSI-BLAST matrix, PSIpred predicts some sheet
METHOD strands in the correct places for the thioredoxin like
METHOD PDI domain. Threader also produced an alignment to 1A8Y.
