METHOD   We generated this structure using simulated annealing with
METHOD   a coarse-grained molecular dynamics model (two beads, one for
METHOD   the backbone and one for the side chain).  All atom models
METHOD   were generated using the O protein crystallographic package.
METHOD   The resulting structure is being submitted as model 3.
METHOD   Subsequently, we annealed the all atom structure using the
METHOD   Crystallography & NMR System (Acta Cryst. (1998) D54, 905-921).
METHOD   Two geometries were generated in this fashion, corresponding
METHOD   to models 1 and 2 submitted here.
