METHOD   Predictions are based on the discovery of superfamily specific
METHOD   characters as described in:
METHOD   Murzin and Bateman. Distant homology recognition using structural
METHOD   classification of proteins. Proteins Suppl. 1:105-112(1997).
METHOD   In addition Pfam sequence families are used to give clues as to
METHOD   possible structural superfamilies to investigate.
METHOD
METHOD   T0104 specific information:  T0104 contains the signatures of and 
METHOD   is very probably belong to the P-loop NTPase superfamily. There
METHOD   are probable counterparts to its conserved sequences and predicted 
METHOD   secondary structures but no known structure from this superfamily
METHOD   can be fitted with all of them. To model the structure we  made a 
METHOD   hybrid template from the structures of the AAA, ABC and Ras-like 
METHOD   G-protein families. One region in our model (61-75) resembles the 
METHOD   Ras switch I region in the nucleotide bound conformation. It may have
METHOD   a different conformation or even disordered in the apo form.
METHOD   The 3D coordinates were then generated by MODELLER.
