METHOD   T0108 specific information:  T0108 is a carbohydrate binding 
METHOD   domain (CBD) of an edoglucanase/cellulase. The T0108 CBD family
METHOD   shares sequence homology with at least two other CBD families. All of
METHOD   these families have predicted all-beta structure. In the C-terminal
METHOD   beta-strand, they share a conserved beta-bulge signature
METHOD   characteristic to the galactose-binding domain-like and ConA-like 
METHOD   superfamilies in SCOP. Like the CASP2 target T0038, T0108 was assigned 
METHOD   to the former superfamily. The experimental structure of T0038, 1ulo,
METHOD   was chosen as a parent. The alignment was carried out
METHOD   manually and was aided by the known structural determinants
METHOD   of this fold. The 3D coordinates were generated by MODELLER.
