REMARK Comparative Modeling 
METHOD FASTA and PSI-BLAST identified the closest template as 2hsd, which shares
METHOD 32% sequence identity with the target. The neighbour structures of 
METHOD 2hsd were found. Structure superposition was performed and   template 
METHOD profile was generated. The target sequence alone was aligned to the 
METHOD template  profile using CLUSTALW.
METHOD 
METHOD Each of these alignments, as well as the initial PSI-BLAST alignment 
METHOD were assessed using in-house software designed to evaluate the
METHOD likelihood that   pair of interacting residues in the template will
METHOD be substituted to an analogous pair in the given sequence alignment.
METHOD The sensitivity of the alignment to the gap penalty was also assessed.
METHOD 
METHOD   total of 10 regions were considered to be "loops", likely to have 
METHOD   different conformation from that of the closest template. The 
METHOD conformationins of the 6 of these were taken from other templates.
METHOD Two were built based on   database search against the PDB. No attempt 
METHOD was made to model the longest loop which forms   part of the 
METHOD specificity pocket for the substrate. The extention to the C-terminals
METHOD was also not modeled. 
METHOD Side chains were built using SCWRL.
