METHOD  This structure of casp4 target t0117  was generated with
METHOD  our programs Biopool2000 (sidechains and ab initio loop
METHOD  modelling) and MOLEGO (backbone). 
METHOD  The template was chosen using PSI-BLAST and ClustalW.
METHOD  Insertions and deletions were modeled ab initio by recursively
METHOD  finding a central position in a database of synthetic loops,
METHOD  dividing the loop in halves and subsequently connecting them
