METHOD After training on the NCBI NR database, PSI-BLAST selected 1fdr
METHOD as the best hit to T0119.  T0119 and 1fdr, as well as similar 
METHOD sequences selected from BLAST runs against NR, were aligned to one
METHOD another using the multiple sequence alignment tool, MACAW.
METHOD Using the given alignment, the amino acid sequence of T0119 was
METHOD tethered to the parent structure. Conformations of conserved residues
METHOD were kept identical to those in the parent. Monte carlo (MC)
METHOD search was used to find the lowest energy conformation of
METHOD nonidentical residues.
METHOD Conformation of insertions and deletions were predicted using the
METHOD MC method. The structure was minimized to remove clashes and steric
METHOD strain to obtain the final structure.
