METHOD After training on the NCBI NR database, PSI-BLAST selected 1fdr
METHOD as the best hit to T0119.  T0119 and 1fdr, as well as similar
METHOD sequences selected from BLAST runs against NR, were aligned to one
METHOD another using the multiple sequence alignment tool, MACAW.
METHOD The pairwise alignment to the parent was imported into
METHOD Insight/Homology. The parent file was loaded into Insight
METHOD and the structure was linked to the aligned sequence.
METHOD This was submitted to Modeler directly from Insight. Five models were
METHOD generated, and the model with the highest pdf score (lowest -ln[pdf])
METHOD was chosen for submission. This is a test of what can be done with
METHOD the automatic use use of modeller.
