METHOD After training on the NCBI NR database, PSI-BLAST selected 1fdr
METHOD as the best hit to T0119.  T0119 and 1fdr, as well as similar
METHOD sequences selected from BLAST runs against NR, were aligned to one
METHOD another using the multiple sequence alignment tool, MACAW.
METHOD This alignment was read into the CCG product MOE in pir format, 
METHOD along with the template structure.
METHOD A homology model was built using the default homology
METHOD model building protocol in MOE, with library searching for insertions,
METHOD deletions, and loops, 10 output models, etc.
METHOD No minimization was done in the searching step. The best intermediate
METHOD structure is used as the final output.  Controlled minimization
METHOD was performed on this model using the AMBER89 forcefield.
