METHOD The model was built in Modeller4.0 (Sali & Blundell, 1993).  Models
METHOD were built on 1SSS, 1QNM and also on a multiple alignment between
METHOD t128, 1SSS and 1IDS. The sidechains were refined with SCAP (Xiang & Honig)
METHOD and several loops were refined using the colony energy algorithm 
METHOD (Xiang & Honig) in all three models.   The models were compared using
METHOD TROLL scoring function (Petrey & Honig 2000)and using Verify3D (Luthy
METHOD  et. al. 1992).  The best scoring models were selected.
