I have modeled some proteins structures. I have properly validated them. When I send it in my publication, the Editor expertise repoted that I have'nt done "Biological Validation".
Anybody here.. who can suggest me about" Biological Validation". How It can be done.

It will be offered with the results of quantitative forecasting evaluations performed at the Prediction Focus, and will evaluate the results primarily on that basis. They will be asked to focus particularly on the effectiveness of several methods.
